Is It OK To Take Supplements?

It is very hard to get sick nowadays. With just a simple cough, you can get quarantined. A simple sneeze, people will get paranoid so are you. Suddenly then, people start to get more health conscious. Healthy living becomes a desirable lifestyle now. 

People start the craze to eat more vegetables and fruits. But the question is, are these enough? Well the answer is yes IF WE ARE LIVING IN THE ANCIENT TIME, WHEN FRUITS AND VEGGIES WERE STILL FULL OF NUTRITION. 

An orange then can give you enough amount of vitamin C that you need. But studies say that today, you need 18 pieces of oranges to have that same amount of vitamin C. 18 pieces! Now can you eat that within a day? I don't think so! That explains that these days, we already need to take food supplements.

On another note, I personally take supplements at 36 because I undestand that aging has already started like about 8 years ago as studies would say, aging starts at 28.
